About Me:
I’m a registered psychologist based at Coastal Psychology in the heart of Napier. I work with adults and young people navigating the effects of trauma, as well as a wide range of mental health concerns. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and grounded in a deep respect for each individual’s unique story.I am a qualified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner, offering support for trauma recovery in a safe and structured way.I am registered with ACC to provide treatment and assessments under both the Sensitive Claims and Psychological Services contracts.I am also a certified instructor for Stanford University’s Empowered Relief™ programme for chronic and acute pain management.Referrals accepted via: ACC · Gumboot Friday Foundation · Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
